Bruno Tattallia was an italian man who tried to kill Runover using a bomb, but only able to put him in a wheelchair. Later Bruno was killed by Runover.

Bruno betrayed Runover and tried to kill him using a bomb. He was feeling safe, since he though he killed Runover, but one day when he went to church in Sunday, Runover was waiting for him in his wheelchair. Bruno quickly entered the car and tried to escape, but Runover dragged him out and mutilated him. In the end to finish him, he ran him over with his wheelchair and killed him, earning his nickname "Runover".
